FEE STRUCTURE
How we work out our fees.
We are the only firm to our knowledge to work on a true fixed fee basis, which means we have no internal tracking of time whatsoever. No work in progress recorded now will ever be charged at a later date.
Instead we spend our time doing what most of our clients do in their businesses: understanding the work in advance, estimating the time it will take and fixing the fee. The risk stays with us.
If additional work does need to be done we quote and agree a price beforehand.
Our fee quotes are generated using our unique internal estimating software. This is completely transparent and are designed to form the basis of an informed discussion.
So no hidden costs or nasty surprises – ever.
We encourage our clients to pay us on a monthly standing order basis so that they are not subject to large year end bills.
ANNUAL FEES FOR OUR CLIENTS
Fees represent annual compliance fees only. All consultancy fees and irregular fees are excluded.
